Auckland: French chef Marc de Passorio hosted 5 Michelin-starred chefs [fr]
For the first time ever, 5 Michelin-starred chefs gathered in Auckland from 30 September to 5 October 2019! They all answered the call of Marc de Passorio (renowned Michelin-starred - So Auckland).
During 6 jours, SO/ Auckland welcomed 4 French and one Japanese chefs all Michelin-starred. Michel Portos, Julien Diaz, Jean-François Bérard, Geoffrey Poësson, Yusuke Goto and were hosted by Marc de Passorio shined and blended the magic of our world-class ingredients with supreme skill and flair. Each visiting chef cooked one lunch and dinner service, and shared their expertise in a cooking masterclass.
