CREIPAC promotes French in the Pacific [fr]

CREIPAC director Valérie Meunier met New Zealand school teachers and principals to promote French language learning opportunities in New Caledonia during a visit from June 12 to 16.

Valérie Meunier also met the Official Representative of New Caledonia to New Zealand, Dr Yves Lafoy.

Together they discussed optimizing actions conducted by the Delegation of New Caledonia to New Zealand in partnership with the French Embassy, the Alliances Françaises and CREIPAC.

CREIPAC is a public language centre specialising in language immersion courses for groups, and is open all year long.

Based in Nouméa, New Caledonia’s capital, CREIPAC provides tailor-made packages that allow the students to improve their French as well as discovering idyllic scenery and local cultures.

New Caledonia speaks up for Francophonie

French language will be heard widely in the Pacific region in September when

* For the first time, New Caledonia will also host the Francofolies on September 8-10. The well-known music Festival is usually held in La Rochelle, France.
