French inspiration for New Zealand writer’s latest play [fr]
Paris-based New Zealand actor and writer Juliet O’Brien is performing a new play written in France in front of New Zealand audiences.
The production is proudly supported by New Zealand-France Friendship Fund.
Juliet O’Brien learnt French through the l’Alliance Française and studied theatre in New Zealand and at France’s l’école Jacques Lecoq where she met the play’s director, Jorge Pico.
The performance of six monologues is intended to give its audience an alternative points of view on past and present conflicts.
