Innovative New Caledonian hydroponics business owner to visit New Zealand [fr]
As part of the Joint Cooperation Plan between New Caledonia and New Zealand, signed in September 2016, the Delegation of New Caledonia to New Zealand, based in the Embassy of France in Wellington, is funding a visit by Agrilogic Systèmes director Joel Despujols to Tauranga from May 7-10.
Agrilogic Systèmes, a New Caledonian company based in Nouméa for over 20 years, specializes in horticultural engineering, particularly in the construction of greenhouses, shadehouses and hydroponic systems allowing for quality production.
The company recently presented its innovative system of hydroponic greenhouse production at the prestigious Paris International Agricultural Show (Salon International de l’Agriculture) held at the Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles from Feburary 25 to March 5.
The visit will involve monitoring the technical performance of the horticultural installation Agrilogic Sytèmes built in 2015 for Bruce Bayer’s company in Tauranga, as well as fine tuning the commercial development strategy for new products.
The visit is part of Agrilogic Systèmes’ wider strategy of exporting its new models of greenhouses, shadehouses and hydroponic systems to New Zealand, where new markets are sought among New Zealand vegetable producers and individuals.
