New Caledonia-based JULIA PAUL will enlighten the 2018 AF Music festival [fr]

From June-20-25, the new caledonian « Tropical Soul » trio JULIA PAUL will
make New Zealand dance during the Alliance Française music festival !

The Government of New Caledonia, the French Embassy, the New Caledonia’s music and arts export facility (POEMART), the “Cultural affairs office” in Nouméa, the Direction générale des Alliances françaises in New Zealand, and the Alliances françaises Christchurch, Wellington and Palmerston North, are proud to welcome New Caledonian singer Julia PAUL and her band.

Julia, who left The Voice France’s 2017 show a few steps away from the final, will be travelling to New Zealand from June 20th to 25th.

The New Caledonia-based trio, made of Julia PAUL, Johan CAZALAS and David LE ROY, is characterized by its « Tropical future soul » musical style.


The band is the headline act for the 2018 Alliance Française Music Festival, a celebration of music around Aotearoa. The trio will perform in Wellington at the Southern Cross, on Friday 22 June.
